Why buyers care

Matching people to work involves constant judgment: prioritizing orders, filling last-minute shifts, handling client escalations. Those workflows are the kind of multi-step work buyers describe wanting.

Privacy comes first

Staffing data is heavy with personal information. Candidate and employee names, contact details, resumes, pay rates and identification numbers must be removed, so get the buyer's anonymization process in writing and have counsel review it early. Our licensing guide lists the questions to ask any buyer.

Questions from staffing companies

Isn't candidate data too sensitive?

Personal information must be removed, and some records may be out of scope entirely. The value is usually in the workflow, such as how orders are filled and escalations handled, rather than in who the candidates are.

Do we need to export anything to apply?

No. Applying requires basic company information. Data is scoped only after a buyer reviews fit and you sign an agreement.

Do our client agreements matter?

They might. Some client agreements limit how their data can be used. Have your counsel check before you share anything.
