Why buyers care
Logistics runs on exceptions: a missed pickup, a reroute, a damaged load, a detention dispute. The sequence of decisions behind each one is the kind of multi-step, judgment-heavy work buyers describe wanting.
Which buyers fit, by company size
Based on each buyer's published minimums. Location and years in operation also matter, so use the checker for an exact match.
| Company size | Buyers you may qualify for |
|---|---|
| Fewer than 20 employees | No buyer with a published minimum yet. The General Data Company and Scale AI publish no minimum. |
| 20 to 29 employees | Nyne (US companies) and Handshake AI (3+ years in operation) publish minimums you may meet. |
| 30 to 49 employees | micro1 is added, alongside Nyne and Handshake AI. |
| 50 or more employees | Mode's minimum for most industries is 50, so all six buyers may be open to you. |

Questions from logistics and freight companies
Do we need to export anything to apply?
No. Applying requires basic company information. Data is scoped only after a buyer reviews fit and you sign an agreement.
Do our shipper contracts matter?
They might. Some customer contracts limit how shipment data can be used. Have your counsel check before you share anything.
Does telematics data count?
Possibly, alongside dispatch and exception records. Ask the buyer which data types are in scope during its review.
